As you enter, there is covered private parking, and a small front patio along with a nice mature garden. There are covered spaces to the rear of the house, with reserve water tanks, water pumps and a laundry/utility room.
Each bedroom is very spacious, with the upstairs master bedroom having its own small living room and terrace.
The property is available for rent with a (minimum) 12 month rental agreement, and a 2 month security deposit.
