The house has private good sized swimming pool, sun lounge area, private remote controlled secure entry with covered car port and garden area with sun lounge space.
Garden maintenance and pool cleaning is included in the price.
The main house consists of 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms and is offered for rent fully furnished. It includes a fitted European kitchen with washing machine, oven, etc. There is a separate living and dining area with LCD TV. All rooms are air conditioned.
There is separate self-contained one bedroom/ bathroom guesthouse with fitted kitchenette as well.
