The resort is located just 4-5 km near to the famous Ban Amphur Beach and Ocean Marina. Villas are only 15 minutes away from Jomtien Beach and close to Pattaya City. You have access to the entire house. We also offer a driving service or can organize motorbikes or a car for rent.
The 168 sqm house has 3 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor (65 sqm) offers you a living room, a dining room with European kitchen, a bathroom as well as a Thai kitchen outside. The 1st Floor (63 sqm) holds 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have great views over the pool and the tropical garden. The 2nd Floor (40 sqm) offers a large terrace, a Thai kitchen featuring beautiful views of the garden, pool and the Phoenix Golf Course.
